Mr. Sameer Ahirrao is an experienced security leader who brings 22 years of experience in building effective enterprise security programs. Prior to founding Ardent, he worked with renowned enterprises such as Symantec, Deloitte, and Lockheed Martin implementing, engineering, and auditing security and privacy programs. He holds Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from PICT, Pune and holds various security accolades such as CISSP, CISA, CCSP, and more. He has served as a subject matter expert for ISC2 and is a frequent speaker at local and international security conferences. He also serves as a co-chair for IAPP Baltimore KnowledgeNet.

Rahul Kshirsagar

Rahul Kshirsagar is a Chartered Accountant (CA), by profession, brings two decades of professional experience (domestic and international), in managing overall spheres of practice, managing International / Multinational Clients & Domestic Clients, with Big4 accounting firm such as PricewaterhouseCoopers (or PwC), and Indian reputed consulting firm Kirtane Pandit (or KP).

The key responsibilities included geographical / business expansion, maximizing revenue, coordinating organization functions, managing relationships, and devising and implementing strategies to improve revenue as well as territory performance (including in charge of operations, marketing, and pricing).

Working experience spans across the practice and consulting domains, which includes designing and drafting standard operating processes, engagements with different entities including Banks, Financial Institutions & Corporate Groups, pertaining to Taxation, Advisory, Regulatory matters (Foreign Exchange Management Act and Reserve Bank of India representations), and Audit, Tax and Transfer pricing litigation / representation and Compliance engagements.

Has financial expertise (including accounts and audit), business process expertise, regulatory (RBI regulations) expertise, along with skill sets such as business acumen, analytical thinking and establishing and maintaining excellent Client relationships.

Sameer Vitkar

Chief Sales Officer

Mr. Sameer Vitkar brings 22 years of experience in enterprise product sales, channel management and customer acquisition. Prior to Ardent , he was with Vaultize where he was joined at very early stage and expanded Vaultize business across geographies ensuring 100% Y-o-Y growth. He has extensively worked with partners and customers from India, Russia, Middle east, and Africa region. He has successfully led various initiatives that have helped in increasing brand visibility and building brand awareness. He holds Bachelors of Engineering and Masters in Business administration in Marketing.

Scott has over 25+ years of executive management experience focused on hiring, mentoring, retaining, coaching & celebrating talented leaders; Each of these experiences drove a positive outcome for all involved stakeholders. Evolving from industry-defining companies such as @Microsoft to founding & scaling multiple enterprise startups from ideas to revenue-generating ecosystems.
